David Cates' Vance & Hines Exhaust modification
Story:
Mine are slash cut but could be installed to look more stock by cutting the pipes off at a 90 degree angle.

Remove all the baffles inside the pipes by drilling out the rivets or just getting a big hole saw the cut the insides out.

I had to cut the new baffles off about 3 1/5 because I slash cut mine, if you cut the pipe off at 90 degrees I think the whole thing would if in.

A round spacer needs to be added to the end of the baffles to keep the packing in place. [as shown]

Wrap the baffles as tight as possible and work it down into the hole.

Grind down the outside of the V/H baffles until it will slide into the hole. Make sure you have a tight fit, so don't grind off to much.

With a tight fit I didn't use any screws to hold the baffle in.[ there are already to nut plates on the baffle if you need to bolt it in.]

The baffles are for 3 gen magna
