| Story: |
When I was 13 I bought a
Ducati 250 Monza, had a lot of fun on that bike,
jumping ditches and generally raising hell around
the neighborhood, but I jumped 1 to many Ditches and
tore up the frame. Then I bought a Yamaha 100 4
cylinder new. It lasted Thu junior high and high
school. In 1976 bought a 1970 sportster for 500.00
it was A basket case. Spent several thousand dollars
that I really didn't have, fixing and Custom stuff.
Left that bike on I-4 outside Tampa after a really
bad accident. The Highway Patrol said it was a
miracle I was walking. Bike was in around 20 pieces
The last thing I remember I was 15 feet in the air
upside down, my brother was Driving and I was
strapped on sleeping on back it was 3 am in the
morning. Shortly After I got married and for the
next 25 years raised kids and my wife raised me But
the urge to ride was always there and it was just a
matter of time. Kids all Left and started there own
families, wife left to do whatever they leave to do.
And so You guessed it searched for a bike for 1
year, didn't have a bundle to spend. And My brother
had been riding all those years. His suggestion was
get what you like And feel comfortable on, he owns a
Goldwing. I always liked the Super Magna. So after a
few months of looking around I own a real sweet 87.
That's my story. And Im sticking to it.
