I've always had motorcycles
but always wanted a Supermagna since I first laid
eyes on it. Last spring I had a YZF600R which I was
looking to sell for extra cash to go into a new home
that I'd just built. I came across an article for an
'87 750 Super that was about an 8 hour drive away. I
think there may only be two or three in this
Province so I knew I had to act fast. I made a call
to check it out and was willing to make the purchase
without even sitting on it. The night we were making
the deal over the phone I mentioned I had a Sport
bike that was in mint condition and I was selling.
This interested the seller and after he viewed
pictures he was willing to deliver the Super to me
and we made our deal. His friends rode sport bikes
and my friends... Cruisers. In the end, I got this
awesome bike delivered, sold mine without any
advertising/haggling and landed some cash for the
house. How lucky was that. I will never part with
this bike even if I desire to ride something else
someday. I have big plans for it... I've already
given her one makeover just so I could ride it last
summer but I feel the need to really make this thing
come to life... Hopefully with some help from
members of the owners group.
