My friend bought a new '87 in
'89, I fell in love with it at first sight. I found
a dealer in Lumberton, NC that knew of a new '88 in
SC. I said, "get it for me!!" He did. I don't
remember the price but it wasn't very expensive,
maybe around $3800.00. I ride it to Myrtle Beach, SC
for bike week with my friends who all ride Harley's.
I'm affectionately known as "Honda Boy" I rode it
this summer to Cumberland, Md for my 30yr high
school class reunion. I took the "scenic" route up,
taking me 13hrs. It was a great ride. I rode an '83
Honda NightHawk there for my 15yr reunion. I was
thinking about selling it but now I'm not so sure. A
look at a couple of the custom bikes here has
changed my mind. |
