Story:
Bought in October 2002, looking very poorly. So I brought her home and my Magna's transformation began. Besides the usual servicing, I proceeded with :-

1. Replaced the missing lower cowl. Repainted it via spray can. You can hardly see the join.
2. Replaced the clock bucket. Original was cracked.
3. Did a little polishing. All by hand. Must get a buffer.
4. Re-sealed and serviced the driveshaft damper. Dry as a bone.
5. Painted the rear wheel hubs and the front wheel recesses black.
6. Put a couple of Eagle stickers on the side panels to hide gouges. They each face forward.
7. Fitted a small screen.
8. Fitted a headlight cowl.
9. Fitted a Kuryakin voltage meter.
10. Extended the control cables. The bars had been changed, and the original cables were very tight.
11. Upgraded the brake and clutch lines to Goodridge hoses.
12. Invested in Burchard Forwards. What a difference! And they fitted without removing the engine bars.
13. After much deliberation, drilled six 8mm holes in each muffler back plate. Sounds much better.
14. Fitted a CrampBuster.
15. Fitted a VistaCruise throttle lock.
16. Fitted the tool roll to the front forks.
17. Replaced the missing caps from the top of the rear shocks.
18. Got the David Cates single rack and backrest set-up fabricated.
19. Fitted a bike powered AutoCom system under the seat, so I can chat to my buddy, listen to music, and it auto-answers my phone. That meant fitting CD holder bags to either side of the rack to hold the phone, MP3, etc.
20. Fitted a 5 in 1 gauge. Clock, Voltage, Temperature, Ice Alert and Timer.
21. Expanded the AutoCom with a SatNav unit.
22. Fitted a 45 litre GiviBox to the rack, including the optional brake light in the lid. Much safer than soft luggage.
23. Fitted a brass grill over the radiator.
24. Had a shot at design, and came up with the double seat/backrest/rack configuration.

Without your site, and the members, all of the above may never have happened. THANK YOU!
